The unique urban corner created by the convergence of 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue provided the opportunity to explore ideas of proportion, materiality, and form in the design of this 20-story mix-use building. The concrete structure houses luxurious residences, thoughtfully designed floor-to-ceiling windows, open interior spaces, and various building amenities including a fitness center and rooftop lounge.
