Built on a challenging sloped site, the project required a creative response to zoning and grading constraints, maximizing buildable area. Amenities include a 21-car basement garage with stackers, secure bike storage, an indoor recreation space with a kitchen and bathroom, an outdoor terrace off the first-floor rec area, and a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor, dedicated to tenant use. The building’s main street façade is clad in a warm brick finish that complements the surrounding neighborhood context while providing a durable and timeless appearance.
