The complete re-design of 3 triple-height lobbies of a 70s-era apartment tower complex was generated by the inclusion of market-rate rentals. KBA designed fresh new surfaces and fixtures for an upscale, elegant, and functional residential look, including satin-etched mirrored glass balcony railings, custom large-scale pendant lights, and beautifully detailed wood paneling with backlit throughs. Creating a sleek, inviting common waiting and reception area, with curved concierge desks, and dramatic Venetian stucco-covered columns.
